Core Tip	Given the novelty of the disease, the long-term outcomes of CAAs associated with MIS-C remain unknown. TTE is the initial modality for assessing these CAAs. According to available literature, TTE was mostly utilised and reported resolution of most of these abnormalities, except for the persistence of one giant CAAs. Our study compared TTE and CTCA in patients with severe initial manifestations and found that CAAs persisted in 46%. Given the limitations of TTE, CTCA should be considered as a follow-up modality in this patient cohort.
