Children with cleft lip and/or palate (CL ± P) endure psychological burdens to varying extents, necessitating timely and effective intervention. This study demonstrates that the SysteMatic Intervention for Lingual Elevation Program significantly and positively impacts pediatric CL ± P patients, potentially reducing anxiety and depression while enhancing positive coping strategies and diminishing negative coping. Additionally, this program correlates with improved treatment adherence and aesthetic satisfaction. |
