Core Tip	This single-center retrospective study developed a five-feature preoperative computed tomography (CT) nomogram for pathological extramural venous invasion in 306 patients with gastric cancer. All model predictors were derived from preoperative CT, including CT-assessed T stage. The model achieved area under the curve of 0.872 in the development cohort and 0.849 in the random split internal-validation cohort. Because no independent external cohort was used, these findings should be interpreted as model-development/internal-validation evidence rather than proof of generalizability or clinical effectiveness.
