Core Tip This systematic review and Bayesian network meta-analysis found that adalimumab, risankizumab, and mirikizumab were the most effective biologics for inducing clinical remission in moderate-to-severe Crohn’s disease. Risankizumab was the only treatment to show a significant benefit in endoscopic healing, while no biologic showed a clear advantage over placebo for overall clinical response. Safety was broadly similar across treatments. Overall, adalimumab regimens and risankizumab/mirikizumab appeared most favorable for remission.
