| Core Tip |
This study examines the clinical application of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block in pediatric patients undergoing appendectomy for acute appendicitis. By comparing this technique with conventional general anesthesia combined with local infiltration anesthesia, the research systematically evaluates the effects of transversus abdominis plane block on perioperative anesthetic requirements, hemodynamic stability, and stress response levels in children. Additionally, the study comprehensively analyzes its efficacy in postoperative pain management and recovery quality improvement while verifying its clinical safety. The findings aim to provide evidence-based support for optimizing perioperative anesthesia management in pediatric acute appendicitis surgery. |
