Core Tip Women with preeclampsia face an elevated vulnerability to postpartum depression. The present analysis indicates a multidimensional risk pattern. Adverse neonatal events and marital discord carried the strongest effects, whereas comorbid obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome acted as an independent biological component. Incorporating these variables with family psychiatric history and prenatal sleep quality allowed the nomogram to show good internally validation and may redirect clinical attention from postpartum response to prenatal prevention.
