Core Tip This multicenter study developed a multimodal fusion model integrating computed tomography semantic and multi-regional radiomic features for precise intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) risk stratification. Mapping macroscopic alterations and subvisual phenotypes significantly improved malignancy detection. This non-invasive tool refines clinical triage, mitigating unnecessary pancreatectomies for low-grade dysplasia while guiding timely surgery for IPMN-associated invasive carcinoma.
