| Core Tip |
This single-center retrospective cohort study developed and internally validated a postoperative disease-free survival model for 440 patients with radically resected pathological T4 colorectal adenocarcinoma. Seven routinely available clinical and pathological variables were retained. The conditional optimism-corrected concordance index was 0.652, and the model showed higher discrimination than a TNM-only comparator within the development cohort. Apparent calibration was generally close, and decision-curve analysis suggested potential net benefit. The complete prediction equation and nomogram are provided. External validation and clinical-impact assessment are required before clinical use. |
