Core Tip Situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a rare congenital malformation with complete mirror reversal of all abdominal and thoracic viscera. The coexistence of SIT and hepatic echinococcosis have never been reported globally. We report two cases of minimally invasive surgeries for hepatic echinococcosis in patients with SIT. The both procedures were successfully completed with favorable perioperative outcomes. This report provides practical references for the diagnosis and surgical management of hepatic echinococcosis in Patients with SIT.
