Core Tip	Inverted Meckel’s diverticulum is a rare cause of recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding in adults and is frequently misdiagnosed as a lipoma. This case report demonstrates the diagnostic value of sequential computed tomography angiography and computed tomography enterography in a 40-year-old man with a 10-year history of obscure bleeding. The imaging evolution from a fat-containing lesion to an elongated enhancing tubular mass correlated with histopathological findings of fibrofatty proliferation, inflammation, and mucosal ulceration. This case highlights that recognition of this imaging pattern, rather than reliance on a single sign, can facilitate preoperative diagnosis and timely surgical management.
