Core Tip	Across 20 independent studies, pooled validation discrimination, measured by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, was 0.821, but the 95% prediction interval was 0.673-0.911 and 15 studies had high PROBAST + AI concern. Patient-level diagnostic-accuracy evidence relied on four uniquely reconstructed validation tables, with no eligible directly reported 2 × 2 table. The evidence is therefore very uncertain and does not establish calibration, clinical benefit, or readiness to replace histopathological human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 testing.
