Core Tip The diagnostic accuracy rate of magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging group was higher than chromoendoscopy group. Univariate analysis showed that spontaneous bleeding, ulcers, microvascular absent, and mucosal bridge formation were risk factors for deep submucosal infiltration of early gastric cancer.
