Core Tip |
This study investigated the application of the albumin bilirubin (ALBI) and liver function indices (aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, etc.) combined with carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) for the prediction of liver metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC). Through retrospective analysis of clinical data, we explored the associations of the ALBI and CEA level with liver metastasis in patients with CRC and established predictive models. The results of this study will provide clinicians with a simple and effective way to assess the risk of liver metastasis in patients with CRC and guide the development of treatment options that can help improve patient prognosis and survival. |
