Core Tip This manuscript is a case report. We reported a patient of malignant melanoma primarily presented with intracranial hypertension. With no other symptom except intracranial hypertension, the process of etiological diagnosis was hard and thought-provoking. Moreover, there were few melanoma cases manifested with intracranial hypertension alone.
