Core Tip |
In this work, we innovatively analyzed the short-term complication indicators of patients by assessing the diameter of the common bile duct preoperatively and postoperatively, as well as the short-term recurrence rate of common bile duct stones after surgery, reflecting the mechanical damage to the inner wall of the common bile duct caused by T-tubes and J-tubes, thereby demonstrating the advantages of J-tubes. At the same time, we demonstrated the superiority of indocyanine green guidance through a series of intraoperative indicator comparisons. |
