"When I submitted for the first time, one of the reviewers was AI. The review comments were illogical and contradictory. From the perspective of current technological development, the services of language polishing companies are not necessary. The service of the journal is still very good. After paying the fee, there is no page to choose to publish, not sure if it doesn't exist or is hidden too deep."

"Generally speaking, the overall workflow of the journal system, including manuscript submission, peer review and revision, functions smoothly without major problems. Nevertheless, there is one functional issue that needs improvement. My first submission was unsuccessful. When I attempted to resubmit the manuscript with the same title, the system showed a prompt that duplicate titles were not permitted. Meanwhile, there is no access for me to edit or modify the record of the failed initial submission. I would highly appreciate it if the system could be optimized to resolve this inconvenience."

The peer review report was thorough, constructive, and provided actionable suggestions that meaningfully improved the quality of our manuscript. The editing quality was excellent, with careful attention to grammar, formatting, and scientific accuracy. The article PDFs and online full-text versions were well-formatted, with figures and tables rendered clearly and professionally. The publication timeline was reasonable and met expectations. The academic rules, norms, and misconduct detection processes reflect a commitment to research integrity that I appreciate. The peer review process was timely, anonymous, fair, and objective — the reviewers clearly had relevant domain expertise and offered balanced critiques that strengthened the final product. One point of feedback is that the online system required me to upload an ARRIVE animal research checklist even though this study involved only humans."
