"The submission process is straightforward. Using the reference manuscript as a guide, we easily prepared the manuscript and incorporated all components according to the guidelines. Submitting the entire manuscript in a single file, including tables and figures, made the initial review process easy and straightforward. Reviewer comments are relevant and helped to improve the manuscript. We received a decision on the manuscript immediately after the first review. This was quick and helped us to focus on revision without uncertainty. Correcting the proof in MS Word format helped correct minor language and formatting errors before the PDF proof. Therefore, only a few corrections are needed in the PDF proof. Tables and figures are clear and well-organised. Overall, authors are satisfied with the whole publication process."

"The entire publication process, from submission to peer review, was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication with the editorial team was clear, and the submission system was straightforward to use. While the requirement to provide numerous mandatory documents, such as a biostatistics statement and a language editing certificate, inevitably prolongs and complicates the initial submission phase for authors, we recognize that this rigorous approach is a definite advantage for maintaining high scientific quality and methodological validity. Ultimately, we are satisfied with the standard procedures and appreciate the journal's commitment to robust academic standards."

"In my opinion, too many certificates are required - from a translator and a statistician. These were unnecessary requirements, as we have extensive experience writing papers in English and statistically analyzing results. Obtaining certificates generated additional, unnecessary costs. In addition, I highly appreciate the efficiency of the review process and the rapid exchange of information on the next steps in manuscript processing."
