Core Tip |
Cognitive behavior therapy is recommended as the preference intervention for insomnia. Cognitive behavior therapy could reduce hemoglobin A1c values at 6 mo and 12 mo following improved subjective sleep disturbance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community-based randomized controlled trial. Cognitive behavior therapy should be included in the comprehensive management of diabetes and applied in community by the general practitioners. |
