Core Tip This systematic review and the meta-analysis based on eleven studies on 1613 patients with the CT diagnostic tests. The results indicated that the ≥16-slice spiral computer tomography(SCT), which most applied in clinical practice, displayed acceptable diagnostic accuracy and good diagnostic value for detecting the local stage of colon cancer. Besides, it is conducive to distinguishing between high-risk and low-risk colon cancer tumors.
