Core Tip This study explores the effects of exosomes (Exos) obtained from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and MSCs derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iMSCs) on pancreatic and triple-negative breast cancer cells. iMSC-derived Exos exhibited a stronger and sustained anti-proliferative effect by inducing a senescence-like state without apoptosis. In contrast, bone marrow MSC-derived Exos showed variable effects depending on cancer type. These findings highlight the importance of Exos source in determining therapeutic outcomes and suggest senescence induction as a key response to Exos exposure.
