The molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis have been systematically investigated, and this review further summarizes the potential applications of targeting ferroptosis in liver cancer treatment. Not only does this review cover the anticancer drugs such as sorafenib and the mechanisms of action of related enzymes, but it also provides a comprehensive overview of the potential therapeutic strategies in this context. In addition, based on the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence-driven prediction models for liver cancer in recent years, this review discusses various types of artificial intelligence-based prediction models, aiming to provide new insights into the development of robust predictive tools for liver cancer. |
