This study contributes to the current body of knowledge by providing real-world data on the long-term persistence of secukinumab and guselkumab in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis. The findings indicate that guselkumab is associated with significantly higher long-term persistence compared with secukinumab, highlighting the relevance of treatment selection in clinical decision-making. The insights gained from this study can guide healthcare providers in optimizing therapy with guselkumab and secukinumab, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes and more effective treatment strategies. |
