This review advances a unified framework linking these dimensions and highlights how emerging strategies - including antibody-drug conjugates, bispecific antibodies, and targeted protein degradation - can overcome resistance. Integration of multi-omics and liquid biopsy is proposed as the foundation for adaptive, precision oncology. |
