Core Tip We present a patient suffering from hemophilia A complicated by a large intra-abdominal hemophilic pseudotumor. This condition is rare and there is no consensus for treatment. Emergency resection was required because of bowel complications and septic shock. Based on our experience, we recommend elective surgery prior to complications under appropriate factor Ⅷ replacement therapy.
