| Core Tip |
A prospective study of endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) combined with over-the-scope clip (OTSC) was conducted to assess the treatment of mucosal and submucosal lesions that are not amenable to conventional endoscopic resection techniques. The study included a long follow-up period and a large number of cases, thus providing statistical strength. We found that EFTR combined with OTSC was a safe and effective treatment modality for mucosal and submucosal lesions that cannot be treated using conventional endoscopic resection techniques. |
