The coronavirus disease 2019 crisis has had a major impact on the clinical practice of radiation oncology worldwide. Spain is one of the countries most affected by the devastating consequences of the pandemic. There is an urgent need to share experiences and offer guidance on the indications and standards of radiotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer. In this document, the Oncologic Group for the Study of Lung Cancer/ Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology establishes recommendations for triage, patient prioritization, and radiotherapy treatment regimens for the different clinical scenarios of lung cancer. |
