Core Tip In line with these results, it has been observed that health professionals have the chance to choose the clinic they will work in, not to be constantly displaced among the units they work, the number of night shift and the adequacy in the number of personnel will have positive effects on the quality of professional life. It can be suggested to improve the working conditions and make them more favorable, and to satisfy the working individuals economically and emotionally. Health professionals and managers should work together to create a healthy work environment, increase professional satisfaction, and prevent burnout and fatigue.
