| Core Tip |
LncRNA cancer susceptibility 20 (CASC20) is upregulated in gastric cancer (GC) and associated with a higher risk of lymphatic metastasis and poor prognosis of patients. CASC20 can promote the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of GC cells by absorbing miR-143-5p to upregulate MEMO1, thereby induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition in vitro. |
