This study explores the relevance of a cultural cognitive behavioral therapy manual to manage mental health and wellbeing in primary and secondary care settings in the United Kingdom. Specificity and adaptability are key to demonstrating the relevance as well as the cost-effectiveness of mental health management approaches. Results show the effectiveness of the proposed intervention, with high levels of acceptability and participant satisfaction. |
