Core Tip Endoscopic push through tragal cartilage tympanoplasty is an effective method for tympanic membrane perforation repairs with a high degree of success with a low complication rate. It is effective for all age groups and shows marginally better success rates in the pediatric population. It also exhibits good post-operative hearing outcomes in over two-thirds of the patients in this 10-year single-center review.
