Core Tip |
In this study, a retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 patients diagnosed with pelvic floor spasm syndrome who received injections of Type A botulinum toxin and underwent two cycles of biofeedback therapy. After treatment, the patients' postoperative resting pressure and systolic pressure were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the electromyogram index during resting and after resting was significantly lower than before surgery. Type A botulinum toxin injection combined with biofeedback therapy can significantly reduce the tension of the pelvic floor muscles in treating pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome. |
