| Core Tip |
This study provides a comprehensive overview of the role of tankyrase 2 (TNKS2) overexpression, which facilitates β-catenin activation and nuclear accumulation of β-catenin protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells, in turn contributing to disease onset and progression. The findings obtained herein elucidate that TNKS2 is a putative candidate molecular target, which would serve as a prognostic indicator and a treatment agent for NSCLC patients. |
