Core Tip |
First, this is the first study that reported CNPY3 was up-regulated in colon adenocarcinoma and might regulate tumor development and progression. Secondly, CNPY3 expression was validated in clinical samples and tumor cell lines. The results indicated that the findings of this study are reliable and worth further investigation. Thirdly, functional experiments indicated that cell proliferation, invasion, and migration were inhibited and cell apoptosis was promoted after CNPY3 knockdown. |
