This study compares the effects of dressings made from platelet concentrates platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), platelet-rich plasma, and PRF activated with CaCl2 - on accelerating the tissue repair process and closing cutaneous wounds in Wistar rats. The results indicated that the PRF dressing accelerated wound closure and tissue repair. |
