Core Tip Motorcycle accidents often result in abdominal trauma, though gastric rupture is rare due to the protective anterior rib cage. We present the case of a 21-year-old male involved in a collision after consuming a large meal, leading to multiple gastric ruptures, pancreas, spleen, and liver injuries. Surgical interventions included primary closure of gastric walls, splenectomy, and partial hepatectomy. Despite the severity, the patient recovered after proper postoperative care. This highlights the importance of prompt surgical intervention in managing traumatic gastric injuries, ensuring favorable outcomes even in complex cases.
