Core Tip |
Our study reviews the progress in the use of MET variation in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors and discusses the molecular mechanism of MET variation and its role in the genesis and development of digestive tract tumors. The analysis focused on the potential of MET variants as diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets, covering the latest research results and clinical trial data for MET-based targeted therapies. This paper also summarizes the current challenges and future research directions, aiming to provide new ideas and references for improving the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness of MET-variant digestive tract tumors. |
