Core Tip In the study, the clinical data of single-center colorectal cancer (CRC) patients were retrospectively analyzed. High neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and low hemoglobin were independent predictive risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with peritoneal metastasis (PM) of CRC. The established nomogram including CA 19-9 and age as well predicted the overall survival of patients having PM with high accuracy, indicating its usefulness as a valuable prognostic tool for the designated patient cohort.
