目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	胃切除後患者のQOLと胃術後障害の実態を調べ、また胃切除・再建術式の違いがこれらに及ぼす影響を明らかにすること。	To examine health related quality of life and degree of postgastrectomy syndrome among patients who underwent various types of gastrectomy and reconstruction procedures.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	胃切除後患者のQOLと胃術後障害を調べるために策定された「胃切除術式と胃術後障害に関する調査票」の有用性と妥当性を検討すること。	To study usefulness and validity of a questionnaire, which has been developed by a nationwide study group to assess health related quality of life and degree of postgastrectomy syndrome among patients who underwent surgery for gastric neoplasms.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	全般QOL（SF-8）、症状特異的QOL（GSRS）、その他の消化器症状、食事量、体重変化、満足度	To examine the degree of generic QOL (SF-8), symptom specific QOL (GSRS), other abdominal symptoms, ingested amount, weight loss and satisfaction.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	上記項目の組み合わせについての関連性を調べる。	To investigate the correlation between above mentioned factors.

アウトカム評価項目には、可能な限り評価の時期の情報（例：投与開始から12週後など）も含めてください。また、評価項目としては、単に「安全性」「有効性」などとするのではなく、実際に測定する検査項目の名称を具体的にご記入ください。また、主要アウトカム評価項目は最も主要な１項目のみとし、２項目以降は副次アウトカム評価項目としてください。

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	75 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(1) 病理組織学的に胃癌であることが確認されており、進行度はStage IAまたはStage IBである　 ※ 胃局所切除術では、胃癌以外（GISTなど）も含める (2) 初回胃切除例である (3) 化学療法施行歴はない (4) 明らかな再発，転移を認めていない (5) 術後1年以上経過している (6) PS（physical status）は0または１である (7) 調査票の内容を理解することが可能である (8) 胃切除術以上に調査票結果に影響を及ぼす他の要因（併存疾患や手術既往）がない (9) 重篤な臓器障害、精神疾患を合併していない (10) 患者本人による署名、日付が記載された同意文書が得られている	The inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Gastric cancer patients with pathologically confirmed stage IA or IB disease or patients with a GIST who underwent gastric wedge resection. (2) Patients who underwent gastrectomy for the first time. (3) Patients who were not treated with chemotherapy. (4) Patients without any recurrence or distant metastasis. (5) Patients with an interval of one year or longer after gastrectomy. (6) Physical status 0 or 1. (7) Fully capable of understanding and responding to the questionnaire. (8) Without any other disease or previous surgery which may influence the results of questionnaire more than gastrectomy. (9) Without any organ failure or mental disease. (10) Written informed consent with date and signature of the said person.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1) 活動性の重複癌を有する症例 (2) 他の術式を同時に施行する症例（胆嚢摘出術等を除く） (3) その他、試験責任（担当）医師などが本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した 症例	(1) Active dual malignancy. (2) Patients who underwent concomitant resection of other organ(s) due to another disease (co-resection equivalent to cholecystectomy being the exceptions). (3) Considered as unsuitable to participate in the study by a surgeon who is in charge.
