Depression is one of the most common mental disorders associated with high rates of disability, especially among women. This study aimed to determine the effect of suggestion therapy combined with escitalopram on depression in middle-aged women and to explore its effects on their mental state and sleep quality. The results of the clinical experiments can provide a scientific basis for improving the treatment of depression in middle-aged women. |
