Primary squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the renal parenchyma is extremely rare. This study reports a 51-year-old man with primary SCC of the renal parenchyma, accompanied by lymph node metastasis. A comprehensive exposition of its clinical trajectory and imaging manifestation is presented, aiming to enhance comprehension and management of this rare disease. |
