Core Tip |
This study investigated the effects of perioperative composite insulation in older patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. The intervention group received composite insulation nursing, resulting in significantly lower heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and postoperative complication rates compared to the control group. The composite insulation strategy effectively maintained body temperature and reduced postoperative stress response, improving surgical safety and postoperative recovery in older patients. |
