| Core Tip |
We found that nurses' work-family behavioral role conflict and daytime sleepiness were strongly associated with suicide risk and that daytime sleepiness mediated the relationship between nurses' work-family behavioral role conflict and suicide risk. This study provides a reference basis for improving nurses' mental health by exploring the pathways that influence nurses' suicide risk. |
