Core Tip |
This case highlights the rapid healing of a gastric laceration using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, an approach not previously reported for treating gastric mucosal tears. Our findings suggest that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be a viable treatment option for managing severe gastric lacerations with active bleeding, especially in cases where conservative or endoscopic therapies have failed and surgical intervention is not indicated. |
