| Core Tip |
The patient described in this report has survived for more than 6 years since the diagnosis of colorectal liver metastasis. The patient achieved clinical remission after anti-programmed death-1 (PD-1) immunotherapy when different systemic therapies failed. This case demonstrates the promising potential of holistic integrative medicine, combining anti-PD-1 immunotherapy with complementary and alternative treatments, for managing advanced malignancies amid drug resistance and disease progression. |
