Core Tip |
For the selection of digestive tract reconstruction by proximal gastrectomy, the commonly used reconstruction methods in clinical practice include tubular gastroesophageal anastomosis, double-channel anastomosis, and other digestive tract reconstruction methods. However, there are few studies on the clinical efficacy comparison between proximal gastrectomy double-channel anastomosis and tubular gastroesophageal anastomosis for early upper gastric cancer in China. In this study, proximal gastrectomy tube-type gastroesophageal anastomosis and proximal gastrectomy resection double-channel anastomosis both have reliable surgical safety; Compared with tube-type gastroesophageal anastomosis, dual-channel anastomosis has better anti-reflux effect and is more conducive to improving patients’ postoperative nutritional status. |
