This case report highlights a 27-year-old male with misdiagnosed duodenal web due to atypical imaging results. Upper gastrointestinal imaging ultimately revealed characteristic features leading to the correct diagnosis. This emphasizes the importance of recognizing specific imaging manifestations for accurate preoperative diagnosis and suggests that clinicians should consider duodenal web in adult patients with unexplained recurrent pancreatitis. Comprehensive examinations are crucial to avoid missed diagnoses in such cases.
