| Core Tip |
The NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 inflammasome is implicated in diabetic kidney disease. Our study makes a significant contribution to the literature by identifying sirtuin 2 and caspase 1 as potential biomarkers for diabetic kidney disease, providing new insights into the molecular mechanisms involving the NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 inflammasome, and suggesting potential targets for diagnosis and treatment, which are crucial for clinical and policy implications. |
