Core Tip |
Although the role of cytochrome P450 3A (CYP3A) enzymes in gastric cancer remains underexplored, this review synthesizes existing evidence to reveal their involvement in tumor growth, migration, and resistance to chemotherapy. By integrating insights into CYP3A polymorphisms and their influence on drug metabolism, the study provides a potential framework for developing personalized treatment strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes. |
