Core Tip |
Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive brain cancer, which main treatment consists of surgical resection or biopsy followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy (STUPP protocol). Precision medicine is an emerging field that includes tumor-targeted delivery and tumor microenvironment. The integration of nano drug delivery systems with low radiation doses may offer a promising avenue for maximizing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing systemic toxicity. |
