This study reveals that YCHD modulates the epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, upregulates the constitutive androstane receptor, and promotes its nuclear localization, contributing to improved liver and kidney function. These findings provide insights into the molecular mechanisms behind YCHD's therapeutic effects on obstructive jaundice.
