Core Tip |
This retrospective, bicentric study aims to investigate the prognostic significance of comprehensive indicators related to nutrition, immunity, and inflammation in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) following surgery. We incorporated these indicators to develop a novel nutritional immune-inflammatory status (NIIS) score. Additionally, we created and validated a nomogram based on the NIIS score and other clinicopathological parameters to predict post-surgical outcomes for patients with ESCC. |
